Events Include: The Run is a low key fun event and for those motivated souls, it is also fancy dress. Donations for Run4Rita UK will be collected the day of the event. Contact: spickett50@hotmail.com Following the Run will be a picnic/BBQ at my house. I will have a main course TBD and drinks, but feel free to bring snacks/drinks/whatever. Non-runners are welcome as well and my house will be open at 1300.
The Run for Rita is about sharing memories, supporting each other as family and friends ,and replacing grief with hope. We know that it is called the Run , but we also know that there are many who cannot either run or walk the marked distance. Please don't let that be a barrier to your participating in the charity that the Run supports. All are welcome--family, friends, adults, kids, runners, walkers, standers, and sitters.
